Following a ruptured aneurysm and SAH surgery, my deficits and pain were so bad I didn’t think I could go on living like that. My amazing GP referred me to Dr. Bikshorn and my mom brought me. I’m 48. My mom was that worried about me. He spent a long time with me - reviewed all my records. Examined me. Told me all my options. And asked me to give him 2 weeks to turn it around for me. And it worked.
They return emails and calls quickly. And when I forgot to reschedule after a cancellation, they called to remind me! The best!!!

Dr Kahn is a very good neurologist. He’s understanding of how frustrating my epilepsy can be and listens to my concerns and opinions. He calls me back and gets me into see him very quickly when I have an episode. I’ve also had experience with Dr McMillan at there location and Dr Samuels when I was at the hospital. He took the time to review all the past records that I provided, conducted a thorough physical exam, defined a specific course of action and spent all the time that I needed to fully and completely answer all of my questions.

There have been recent changes to the phone system that reduced my wait time and I was able to make an appointment in just a couple minutes!
I also appreciate the onsite MRI and infusion services.
Medical staff and office staff have been professional, responsive, and thorough. I have been a patient of Dr Katsamakis for 2 1/2 years and have been to three locations.
Oh, and regardless of the location or appointment time, I’ve never waited for longer than 5-10 minutes.
