Stephen Trevick, M.D. is Board Certified in both Neurology and Psychiatry and is Board Eligible in Neurocritical Care. He obtained an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Biology from the University of Chicago followed by medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago completed in 2009. His Neurology and Psychiatry training was at New York University and Neurocritical Care at Northwestern University.
Stephen Trevick, M.D. is published on the psychological assessments of patients with various neurological illnesses as well as the psychological burden of hospitalization in the neurosciences intensive care unit. He has lectured on communication and cultural competency as ways to strength the doctor-patient alliance. His practice focuses on the care of acute neurological illness in the emergency and intensive care settings. He also has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of complicated grief and post-traumatic stress disorder.
