Our providers work on the management of Spasticity, a type of muscle tightness often seen in patients with strokes, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries. With extensive training in the use of botulinum toxins (Botox, Xeomin) to treat upper and lower extremity spasticity, as well as torticollis/cervical dystonia (tight muscles in the neck), sialorrhea (excessive drooling), focal dystonia and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). Our team also manages Intrathecal Baclofen (ITB), including assessment and referral for pump placement and management of existing pumps.
